The Meno Pod Challenge

Who do you want in the room with you?

Menopause may be personal, but it was never meant to be navigated alone.

We need good information. We need honest conversations. And we need the people who help us feel seen, supported, and understood.

That is the spirit behind the BLVCK PAUSE Meno Pod Challenge.

As we gather for BLVCK PAUSE: Menopause Awareness Weekend on Saturday, October 17, we’re inviting you to bring your people into the experience, too.

Refer three or more paid attendees to qualify. The person with the most verified referrals will receive a private, curated 60-minute BLVCK PAUSE Meno Pod experience for herself and up to five of her people.

The challenge

How it works.

Bring your people

Invite 3 or more people to register for BLVCK PAUSE: Menopause Awareness Weekend on Saturday, October 17.

Make your referrals count

After they register, they’ll enter your first + last name when asked who referred them. That’s how each referral gets credited to you.

Build your pod

Every paid attendee who names you counts toward your total. Your own registration does not. Reach 3 qualifying referrals and you’re officially in the running.

Top referrer wins

The participant with the highest number of verified referrals receives the private BLVCK PAUSE Meno Pod experience.

The prize

A private, curated 60-minute BLVCK PAUSE Meno Pod experience

You + up to five of your people.

Your group will choose one curated conversation designed for women navigating menopause and midlife.

The conversations

Choose your Meno Pod conversation.

The Body is Talking: What Is It Saying?

Understanding what’s changing in your body through perimenopause + menopause.

A real conversation about what can happen in the body during perimenopause and menopause, including symptoms, hormonal changes, and patterns women may not immediately connect to menopause.

We may explore

  • Common and less commonly discussed menopause symptoms
  • Sleep, energy, temperature regulation, mood, cognition, and sexual health
  • Recognizing changes and patterns in your body
  • Understanding what may warrant further attention
  • Becoming more informed about what your body may be communicating

The Midlife Reset

Learning what midlife is asking of you, and how to meet it.

Midlife can bring significant demands at the exact moment the body may be asking for something different. This conversation explores what happens when stress, caregiving, work, relationships, menopause, expectations, and everyday life all collide.

We may explore

  • Stress and capacity in midlife
  • How the nervous system responds to chronic demand
  • Recognizing when capacity is eroding
  • Rest, recovery, and regulation
  • Rethinking productivity and performance
  • Creating practices that support greater sustainability

Fueling Your Midlife

What’s shifting in how your body fuels itself now.

A practical conversation about how nutrition needs can shift during perimenopause and menopause and how everyday food choices can support energy, metabolism, muscle, bone, and overall well-being.

We may explore

  • Protein needs in midlife
  • Fiber and gut health
  • Blood sugar stability and energy
  • Supporting muscle and bone health
  • Hydration
  • Meal composition and timing
  • Nutrition patterns that support metabolic and cellular health
  • Separating useful guidance from menopause nutrition noise

Be Heard in the Room

Preparing, communicating + advocating for yourself in menopause healthcare.

Navigating menopause healthcare can require more than knowing which questions to ask. This conversation is designed to help women become more informed, prepared, and confident participants in their care.

We may explore

  • Preparing for menopause-related healthcare visits
  • Tracking symptoms, patterns, and changes over time
  • Knowing what information may be useful to bring into an appointment
  • Communicating concerns clearly and specifically
  • Identifying questions that may be important to ask
  • Recognizing when additional evaluation or follow-up may be appropriate
  • Advocating for yourself when concerns are minimized or dismissed
  • Building a more collaborative relationship with your healthcare team
